Can’t be him, the distance between the nose and the mouth is much shorter, a dead giveaway. It is a major indicator for facial recognition software because it cannot be changed, and that is not even close.
Look up lip lift. It can be done.
It’s not the lip though, it’s the skull between the teeth and nose.
Looking closely it looks like he has new teeth either dentures or veneers. If so it could explain the discrepancy. Example look at actor Jason Mewes after he first got dentures.
Also his eyes are normally angled downward near the edges but here they are completely leveled
Comparing the two photos, the skull looks the same distance from the bottom of the nose to the bottom of the teeth. More of the teeth will be exposed from a lip lift. It is possible that is what he had done. Also, ear shape is identical. They are like fingerprints. I'm just throwing out ideas!
I noticed the ears too. Just seems the whole head is rounder…. Shorter.
His head does look different, much healthier than he did. Just gaining weight will fill out one's face and change their appearance. He could have had a face lift as well.
