All ANY fast food restaurant needs to do is obtain one (1) small single loaf bread machine and start baking one loaf at a time to sell. The law exempts places that bake and sell bread on site". Nothing states the volume needed to qualify. Bread machines can be had for $20 at thrift stores. It only takes one machine per store. Use absurdity to point out absurdity...
That's brilliant
???
Why does it exempt places that bake and sell bread?
How does that make sense?
Why BREAD?
The owner of Panera Bread is friends with Newson and a major donator to the Democratic Party. This was the stipulation on the legislation so that Panera Bread didn’t have to adhere to the $20 minimum wage. Everyone saw through it and is livid about it.
That's..so..insanely obvious though, because it makes no sense other than that!
Yeah, but that’s just how socialism works, really.
Sounds like a good reason to boycott Panera.
I didn't know Panera was owned by a lefty until now; boycott from me will begin :) (although I probably only went there a few times a year, but every little bit helps :) )
Luckily I've only been to a Panera once, several months ago, when I was getting a new pair of boots there was a Panera in the plaza I was at and I wanted to try that death lemonade I heard about. Was alright, but not worth the $4 I spent on it.
I have had Panera a handful of times in my life, and it was so salty that I never really wanted to go back.
Yep, I heard this several weeks ago and started my boycott by deleting their app from my phone and haven't eaten there since.
HAHAHA!!!
They are gearing up to putting powdered bugs in bread and other processed foods. Perhaps this is why.
Plausible explanation.
Until they change it…
