If one applies the law, yes, they are complicit in the destruction of America and criminals. I couldn’t agree more, they are putting citizens at risk and encouraging an illegal invasion.
What? I don't get what you are after by that question.
Anyway, there may be other reasons why one wouldn't support an impeachment trial, such as lack of evidence or a blatantly wrong reason for the impeachment (like when they impeached Trump) and certainly that wouldn't make one an accomplice or an accessory to an invasion.
Having said that, the guy needs more than impeached. I suppose they can start there but I'd rather see a more severe punishment for Mayorkas and the entire OBiden crew top to bottom. It is an invasion and it's horrible, but I don't agree with the premise of the Miller Tweet.
The evidence is evident. The invasion involves millions. I have heard his lies before congress. His malfeasance and treason ate blatant. The senate refusing a trial is equivalent to welcoming German troops into the US. Getting him out of office doesn't preclude a criminal trial.
Nearly the entire government is guilty of treason.

Also nearly the entire fedgov is illegitimate and without any real power.
Half of them have dual citizenship with a foreign country in the Middle East. (Ironically, new immigrant Americans taking the oath of citizenship are required to relinquish all ties to other countries.)
Teddy Roosevelt eloquently stated that a true American never divides their allegiance between America and any foreign country.
None of the current cabinet or the VP has even taken their oath of office. Joe Biden's oath was taken at 11:47 am on Jan. 20, 2021, instead of at noon—meaning AFTER the swearing in, Donald Trump was still president—making the "Biden" oath illegitimate under the US Constitution. So, whoever the guy is playing the president has taken no legal oath of office either.
The Constitution does not provide for the delegation of congressional power to unelected bureacrats.
Thus, most govt rules, laws and regulations are defunct, without standing. It's all a show.
If military tribunals are coming for traitors it does.

Sounds like a warning.
On its face it does, at least. I'm interested to see how it turns out...
No, I don't think it does legally. Morally, yes but what diff does that make these days?
Legally then the senate could have approved the landing of all german troops in the usa?

Any teeth? Not at present, I suspect, but after January 5th (or whenever Trump actually returns to the White House) it might be a different story.
The constitution and our founding documents support this.
Amen.
Do one better, the "administration"
