cloudseeding has been happening in the USA for a long time as well.. MonkerWerx has shown flight patterns and then wallah! big storms... when will the insurance companies go after cloud seeders for the billions in damages caused by all the cloud seeding??
Because insurance companies are in on the grift. The insurance racket is a deep hole to dive into. All we do as consumers is play with the underwriters (middle men). The big boys finance parts of the world and economy.
Not the first time. They haven’t quite figured out how to control the amount of rain yet. And they have like zero storm drainage. After all, it was built with the desert in mind.

I saw a small prop plane on a video about Saudi Arabia being used to seed massive man made reservoirs, filling them with rain that wouldn’t have came before, and filling an area that certainly wouldn’t have retained before. Essentially pulling and hoarding rain water from the water cycle for themselves.
This was a YouTube video from years ago, and I imagine the operation wasn’t that difficult to pull off only utilizing small prop planes.
Recently on Insta I’ve seen full documentaries where they are in an entire weather control center and the interviewer is joking asking if it’s going to rain.
