The TRUTH is that there's over 700k people in Russia right NOW that are flooded out. Yes, 700,000 people. A HUGE CITY is flooded over in Russia as of days ago. Have you heard about it? Probably not.

"Russian Hackers" = a Hack originating in Russia? Has a "group of Russians" claimed to have done it? If it was "Russian Hackers" who are they exactly? I mean, If say, Someone from China sits on the property they purchased on American soil and pulls off a hack job on Russia, would Russia news say "American Hackers" simply because the source was traced back to the USA ?
Russia Russia Russia, I would be ok with "Hackers from inside Russia" did this or that, if they actually traced the source to inside Russia, I guess, heh.
