This is the downside of conspiracists, that they lose clarity at times. Q says that Xi may be working with Trump, and everyone starts talking like China is now white hat? This is irrational.

I've never seen or heard of this app before. I headed over to their website and clicked on a video to see how Triller worked. I was somewhat underwhelmed by the sites interface, and after I watched this video, I was thoroughly disgusted (this clip is NSFW).
Seems as degenerate as any other "shorts" focused site though I am somehow amused that that was the first clip you ended up seeing.

Do you know the benefits of the warrants?
Warrants are basically options to buy a stock at a predetermined price. If you decide to redeem the warrants, you may be able to get a stock that has risen greatly in value at a huge discount. If the stock drops low enough, it may make little sense to redeem them if you could just buy the stock for less than it would cost to redeem warrants. The downside is you lose whatever you have in warrants if you don't redeem by their call date. Hope that explanation helps.

Upon merger completion the press releases say the AGBA shares will be valued at 10.75. PLEASE NOTE: I BELIEVE THAT IS A SPECULATIVE PRICE. The stock (AGBA) soared just this past Monday.
