She thought that her position would make the ticket disappear, so why bother? The cops should have arrested her for resisting, frogged marched her out, then release their body cam footage.
What is the ethics law in NY state?
The Ethics in Government Act was passed and signed into law to restore the public's trust and confidence in government through the prevention of corruption, favoritism, undue influence and abuses of official position.
Rule 8.5 A lawyer admitted to practice in this jurisdiction is subject to the disciplinary authority of this jurisdiction, regardless of where the lawyer's conduct occurs.

Councilmember At-Large We, the undersigned members of the Rochester City Council, are writing to request an investigation into the conduct of Monroe County District Attorney Sandra Doorley. Recent body camera footage, shared by the Webster Police Department, has raised significant concerns regarding Ms. Doorley's behavior during a traffic stop in Webster, New York. This incident has led us to question her fitness to serve as District Attorney, and we believe an
investigation by your office is warranted.

Northwest District As public officials, we are held to the highest standards of ethics,
accountability, and respect for the law. The behavior exhibited by Ms. Doorley during the traffic stop, as captured in the body camera footage, appears to violate these standards. Such behavior undermines the credibility
and integrity of our justice system and erodes public trust.
Given the gravity of this matter, we are asking for a thorough investigation
Kim Smith
Councilmember At-Large into Ms. Doorley's conduct. It is crucial to determine whether her actions
during the traffic stop reflect broader issues that could impact the fair administration of justice in Monroe County. Furthermore, an investigation will help ensure
accountability and demonstrate that no one, regardless of their position, is above the law. We are confident that your office has the expertise and authority to conduct a comprehensive investigation into this matter. We kindly request that you keep us informed of any developments
and actions taken as a result of your inquiry. Thank you for your prompt attention to this request.

She broke 4 Laws 1) speeding 55mph in a 35mph zone. 2) not pulling over for emergency vehicle 3) talking on the cell phone while driving 4) resisting arrest.
The two police officers should be fired for concealing a crime(s). The DA she too should be fired. Including Webster Chief of Police Dennis Kohlmeier he too should be fired.

I do like, however, how I am seeing this story all over the internet. Nice work, anons.
Only because she is an R....if a D would have never made the news.
She only recently changed from D to R. Not that those labels mean squat.
IF & ONLY IF she had started out as an R then should would have been put away BUT since she switch from a D -> R .... that's okay...
They can switch parties BUT they can't change their stripes!!!!
She’s FUCK
These are the people who are running our Judicial system.
I am fast losing hope that anyone, even DJT, will be able to clean it up for us.
4 more years? It will take 20 years to bring the Country around, if that. I will be pushing up daisies before that happens. 🌼
Stupid police officer had a whining, pleading tone to his voice. Just arrest this D.A. who believes she is superior to the peons she prosecutes.
Rules for thee but not for me. The rules dont apply to them because they are the privileged class.
My Governor is no different.

She should have came out with a bottle of vodka. Half empty. Soda won't cover up an intoxylizer 5000.
at least they didn't prostitute each other. oh, wait.
