Laws should be in place to make sure the lab grown meat is safe and being created in an ethical manner. There's no need to outright ban it.
Let the free market decide. If people want lab grown meat for ethical reasons and they're willing to eat "meat goo", then let them as long as it's been created safely.

Florida has a lot of farms up and down both sides on the coast and in the center o of the state. And I am not talking about citrus farms but a variety of crops. Strawberries from Plant City, blueberry farms, corn up in northern Florida, tomatoes, sunflower farms. Throw in cattle that are seen grazing everywhere in Florida whether on the gulf coast, east coast or even in the center of the State like Polk county.
Does that include selling it in Florida?
