It's the Israeli Supreme Court. If you Google it they show no aerial photos. It is almost like they don't want you to see it. I believe it has a pyramid with the all seeing eye at the cap stone.
I think this is why Q talked about the 40,000 foot view...there are many things/monuments that need to be seen from above.
Also, generally speaking the only aircraft that fly above 40k are military. There are a few civilian planes that fly above 40k, but doing so requires filing a special flight plan.

And the pyramid feeds the “eye.” Eye sits atop the pyramid. And phonetically “eye” is “I” as in Israel. May be why Q put ‘eye’ in quotes. To me the symbolism atop this building, and the black cube, is them saying they are the omnipotent “eye” or “I” that is fed by world powers. Israel for last for a reason not yet mentioned.
