The Patriot Act makes it illegal to provide support for terrorists.
Biden provided support for terrorists.
Voting for Biden is a violation of the Patriot Act.
Non sequitor ("it does not follow"). The Patriot Act doesn't prohibit suporting someone who supported terrorists. Sure, you can make an argument about funnelling cash and money laundering and whatnot, but that isn't voting.
Voting isn't a violation of any law. Don't get me wrong, I agree with #1 and #2 above... but the connection to #3 is non-existent.
Good points. The tortured 'logic' in that post is almost as bad as the current court cases against Trump. There are so many disconnects that any fair judge would have thrown them out months ago.

Despite all of the flaws in modern elections, it is still impossible to determine which voter voted for which candidate, unless it's 100% for a single candidate, in which case you know how all voters voted. But so long as one person voted for the other candidate, you cannot know which voter that was.
I think this definitely has teeth, but I too, don't see #3 happening. For one thing, most people don't go that deep to decide who to vote for. Many people are one issue voters. But a good lawyer could use this to build a case for sure.
I predict JB will drop out of the race just before or during the Dem convention, opening the door for another candidate like Gov of California or Michael. Someone that no one voted for and little time to attack before Nov. 6.
He won't jump, he will be pushed. His Dem handlers will see to it that he's out of the way, one way or another. I'm betting plans are already in place. How it will happen, only [they] know... total meltdown in public, requiring his resignation... a fall that would surprise no one and renders him incapacitated ... a bout of 'covid' or bird flu.... the possibilities are endless. Maybe he's just forced to go on TV and announce his retirement 'to spend time with his family'...
I wouldn't doubt that the replacement plan for Biden is already in motion.
Can totally see the bird flu angle....cuz they'd use that as additional justification for their unlawful mandates and lockdowns, which you know they're just DYING to re-implement soonest.
Under this argument, the whole of the Executive Branch under [Hussein] AND Buyden, PLUS those that have continuously voted to support Ukraine, Israel, AND those who helped create ISIS, Al Qaeda, the Taliban, and every other known Islamist Terror Org should've been held accountable since the Patriot Act's creation. And yet, absolutely NONE OF THAT has happened.
Decades of US Foreign Policy, US Domestic Policy, as well as near countless laws, rules, and regs should be wiped off the books, INCLUDING at a minimum, 5 Presidencies: [H.W.]'s, [Clinton]'s, [Hussein]'s, [W]'s, and Buyden's. And you can throw in Carter's, too, since Poppy Bush was Chief Clown under his presidency and had been widely credited with creating Al Qaeda and th Taliban while he was Clown Director. Every known Clown Director since [H.W.] can be thrown into that list, too. As well as any U.S. Senator or Rep who voted to pass the Patriot Act (since it now targets legally recognized Domestic groups like military Vets, Christian Faiths, etc), not to mention any of them who voted for invading Iraq and Afghanistan, voted to continue funding Mujahideen groups in Africa, etc, too.
Then there's all the senior level DOD knuckleheads who went along with it, too, whether knowingly or unknowingly. As well as any DOJ asshats, and any senior Dept Level asshats. You can also include every member on the CFR, too. Whole sections of U.S. industries in league with the various national level foreign govts that have helped us in the form of Five Eyes should be held accountable here, too.
Tens of thousands of people could, and should be held accountable under this man's logic, and I just don't see that happening any time soon, if ever. Trump being re-elected is one thing, but holding these ass hats accountable for the crimes they've committed will eventually be seen as a politicized quasi genocide, and I just don't see how that will be allowed to take place, even under another Trump Admin.
Gotta prove intent on tje part of rhe voter. We all know they're ignorant as hell as tonwhat they do. Most vote against Trump even of tjey vote for a pedo like Joe.
i dunno bout the facts on this but the idea of culpability doesn't totally sit right with me. I'd think you would have to prove they knew the truth of the matter and were complicit with the motivations. IE they New Biden was a bad guy being against America and that is why they voted for him. I'm sure there are plenty that felt that way. There were also a lot of dupes that suckled on CNN and NBC like it was mother's milk.
