My personal belief is he's tied to the White Hats somehow (I assume they've at least told him what to do and when). He created a gigantic following after he helped expose how the hedge funds were aggressively shorting companies they wanted to destroy as a means to profit.

Only thing is, the number of available shares (float) didn't add up. Turns out, folks at Citadel (hedge fund manager) were creating counterfeit shares just to short them and artificially destroy the finances of many companies (Sears, BlockBuster, BlackBerry, Koss, AMC, etc). They hide the fake shares in Packages called ETF's (Exchange Traded Funds).

Strangely, Roaring Kitty has been silent for the past 3 years and then suddenly starting Sunday & yesterday has been dropping videos that have to do with the rise of the stock (battling the hedge funds). He drops the videos and the top and bottom of each hour during trading hours 9:30 - 4:00).
