out here in the wilds of North Texas, we buy "red fox urine" and use it to spray in places we don't want mice/snakes to go...amazon has it, up to gallon size, and stinks to high heaven, oil-based, i think...good luck

I saw a story on OAN this week that showed Texas DPS with pepper spray and pepper ball guns responding to areas where illegals were trying to get through the razor wire. As soon as they touched the wire they were doused through the fence.
It was hilarious watching them "run away, run away, run away".
I offered a low cost drone network that would cover the entire border 24/7 that would have a 15 minute revisit time that was randomized. And since the drones could see well beyond the border, there would be no time gap. That was several years ago. But they went with cameras on the ground that were bullet magnets.
