Nearly 60 years ago, in May 1962, then US Vice President Lyndon Baines Johnson (LBJ) gave the commencement address at his alma mater, Southwest Texas State University, now known as Texas State University. In the speech, LBJ talked about his international travels and professed that the United States must set the agenda for the rest of the world. A very interesting aspect of control that LBJ mentioned was a comment about controlling global cloud layers: “He who controls the weather will control the world.”

This report was presented to Air Force personnel (with some high-ranking prefixes in their names), in 1996! They discussed how to take over our weather by 2025, only a few short months away.

The reasoning behind why they need to modify weather is “national security.” They can improve the weather in areas where we are fighting wars, worsen weather to prevent “Russian and Chinese planes from flying cartel drugs to America,” etc. They even cite examples from the 1940s where weather modification would have benefited various war efforts.

For those people like me that are outside all day everyday and can watch the laying down and progression of the chem trails there can be no doubt that weather modification is real. And then we have it from the horses own mouths when they talk about blocking the sun to effect their global warming bullshit.
