I hope it makes you feel somewhat better to know that "missing kids" statistics include mostly "runaways" (for example a kid returning home late and a worried parent reporting it to the police), and are found 99% of the time. Of course one missing kid is too many, but wherever you got that 185k number from it's probably much lower for kids who stayed missing.

You missed the point. No problem. There were peaceful protestors at J6. I watched on tv as LE told the crowd to hurry and get to the Capitol. You could see many in the crowd with surprised looks and the officer repeated they needed to hurry and they complied.
I witnessed in real time the white vans being escorted by LE and that raised red flags for me. Then I saw the Fake MAGA wearing helmets. MAGA does not wear helmets but ANTIFA does. They did not disappoint me as the helmet wearer started destroying the window and MAGA crowd called him out as ANTIFA and tried to stop him. On tv I then waited and true to form I saw the helmet wearers two accomplices run interference for the helmet wearer and assisting his escape.
The peaceful protestors need all charges dropped and freed and compensated for the lawfare that was used on them. While some in LE and the ANTIFA crowd are the oines that need to be charged. And we had Government officials who aided and abetted behind the scenes in this violence. We want the right p[eople charged and the innocent freed. The innocent do not need a pardon. A pardon is for those who have actually committed crimes.
Peaceful Patriots not only need to be pardoned but also compensated HEAVILY. $100k per year each for unlawful detainment, plus 3x as much from the personal pension(s) and assets of those who unlawfully imprisoned them (From the officers who arrested them, their superiors, the director(s) responsible for their actions all the way up to the judges that convicted them and the Politicians who gave them cover.
Additionally those involved in the illegal arrests and detention should be barred from public pensions and any government employment.
