Western Cape is like another Country...Clean...Things work...I'm sure there's some corruption cos this is SA...😆 But Everything works and much safer than the Rest of SA although you must Always be aware and don't act the tourist.... To all I know apartheid was for all people to live without clashes and interference. Valid for all nationalities and tribes in SA . As of now SA is going in bad way . 2 Y ago when former president was indicted for corruption and contempt of court almost the entire Kwazulu Natal state was burned . People made barricades to defend their families and lives . One particular party with name Julious Malema is talking openly for genocide of W and lighter completion people . Not to forget SA Famers are being executed by vicious bands in their homes .
