I want this to be true, but……any dumbass could have posted that on Facebook. I hope they verify the person is actually a cousin of a juror, only then will things get real interesting.

An Appellate Court victory (or a Supreme Court victory) would be better than a mistrial.

A mistrial would NOT be a good thing. The judge will force Trump to sit through several weeks of a retrial.
Problem with a retrial, there’s not ONE person in the State of New York that hasn’t heard or seen on TV anything about the first trial. No friggin way.
No way to ever get an impartial juror.
I don’t think they would care. They’ll still find people who supposedly have been living under a rock and they will STILL find him guilty
