I believe she had an infection at a younger age after some dental work to repair broken teeth went wrong. Infection caused her to lose some facial structure.

Steroids and bad plastic surgery will do that to a woman. And it doesn't take long, either. Only about a year of steroid use and it'll be somewhat permanent. Still could be a dude, though.

I have compassion for that being, because it seems clear that there was genetic manipulation behind the creation of what was once (presumably only at conception) a pure human as God intended. These people do weird shit in vitro to offer their offspring to baal, or whoever the fuck they worship.
