But in fairness if the bad people are allowed to rule over (and overrule) the good people for centuries in virtually every identifiable aspect of society, as they do now, then that isn't winning.

I definitely feel the same way about Barret and Kavanaugh being pretty useless for us or at least appearing to be. I'm confident Trump had and has reasons for them being there, maybe that case just hasn't come yet.

Social media companies can still say fuq off.
But government sources will not view this a permission the "press" social media to remove harmful content. As Putin said, "give them an inch, they'll take a mile." They will view is a thumbs up to DEMAND under threat of punishment, that social media do their bidding.
And furthermore, the government will rationalize that if they are okay to press social media to remove something harmful, that also give them permission to press social media to embellish content that they deem as good for our improvement.
This will allow the WHs to stifle the DS’s rebellion and then have Congress pass a bill to end it.
The real question is WHO DECIDES what is misinformation? Snopes? Keke
