I weigh 150# and I take 15 mg once a day for five days as a treatment course. No dairy or fruit two hours before or an hour after. You can also do day one, day three and day five. That’s how I started. Make sure you follow through, though. You want to kill any parasitic larvae. Take with 50mg of zinc, 2000-4000IU vitamin D, and tonic water. You want the ionophore quinine in the tonic to open the channels for everything to get into the cells. Hydroxychloroquine does the same thing as quinine. Lots of C throughout the day.

MAYBE I will buy this, but figuring out the right dosage won't be easy. The directions say us 91mcg (micrograms) per 250 pounds of horse weight, so a full grown human adult male would take about 45mcg and a female perhaps 30-35mcg. I don't have equipment sensitive enough to measure that.

Ivermectin is safer than aspirin. You'd need to eat the whole bottle to have a problem.
Also, check your numbers. According to the insert in the IVM I received, it indicates 150 micrograms per kilogram. If you weigh 220, then you'd need 15 milligrams.
If you use the horse paste, use the markings on the plunger to squeeze out your weight rounded up to the nearest 100 lbs into a spoon and eat that.
If you use pills take one 12mg pill if you're under 175lbs, or two if you're over that weight and you should be covered.
Do the above daily for up to a week, but people usually feel better by day 2.
Odd thing... I did double check the instructions on the packaging in the Amazon pictures of the product, and it jumps back and forth between pounds and kilograms.
Example, under "DOSAGE" it talks about a 1,250 pound horse, then says so many mcg / kg, and then back to "200 pounds" again. Confusing packaging.
Anyway, no matter, I've placed an order for two of these and we'll see once they arrive.

Last time I looked, I don't know how long ago, all they had were multipacks and I think like 15 - 20 per tube.

I just go by the "horse" dose on the plunger. Move the plunger collar down to your weight. If your in-between, go higher.
