Same facial gestures but a different voice & a different face. Maybe someone who practiced up on Nancy's facial gestures or maybe it IS Nancy, herself after being beaten up in gitmo & she is hoarse now from all the screaming.

I played the video without sound and at the beginning it shows 2020 in the top-left corner, but … they talk about the events in 2020 when the guest has left their country.

I thought it was a date when the TV produced the interview. My bad.
