With a decent rifle, that's an EASY shot. I've popped deer on the run at 200yds+ with an AR-15 and I'm by no means a trained sniper. (Just an old redneck been hunting nearly 60 yrs).
Agreed. He is reported as having several minutes to set up his rig. In such a setup, 150 yards is nothing on a stationary target for anyone who has spent a few days at the shooting range.

Yep. Busting cans with a pistol by the time I was 2, popping squirrels with gramp at 3. Too small to pack the rifle, but he'd hand it to me when the dog treed. Hunting just me and the dog when I was 7. Us old Missouri river rats DID start young. Life in the boonies!

I use to shoot smiley faces at 200 yards with 7mm mag. It's an easy shot with a decent rifle & scope.
