The data to make a dynamics experience on webpages does not have to be archived, and associated directly to you. It can be strictly tied to when the profile logs into their programs. The data I am concerned about it what is collected, stored, and mined to build a profile of who you are, where you are, and who your associations are.
It depends on how the program logs are structured. Logging to a flat file would slow performance.
A small structured SQL database is better. Or even a DB like MongoDB.
If they stopped learning who you are.
I am not sure how good of a customer experience you would get.
For Example:
On Facebook.
Most of the Ads I don't care about. I do tell Facebook to send me all the ads related to business, computers and fitness.
So literally 90% of the ads I see are in business, computers and fitness. They do show me games on occasion.
So if they don't know who you are. I think a lot of the content will come across as irrelevant and spam.
I don't use any of these platforms for ads. I don't need corporate America trying to sell me anything online. I get enough of that crap with their robo calls.
The purpose of an Ad is to make you aware of something.
Without ads.
It would have to be word of mouth.
How do we know something exist if it is not shown to us?
Actually it wouldn't have to be word of mouth.
It would be no different than when I go to a store. I don't usually just wander around I go get what I want and leave. On the internet you can just go get about anything you want and leave.
The difference is you don't have to sort through a ton of shit you don't want.
