I loved that character. He was the JF Sebastian guy from Blade Runner too. Newhart was way funnier than the Bob Newhart show.

They say they come in threes so Dobbs and Newhart seem like they would get along. Who else will join their party? I hate to think that Shannen Doherty was the first of the three.
Shelly Duvall a few days ago. Sad that her mental state seemed to decline significantly in her final years.

I liked her in charmed, but I liked everyone in charmed. (I was completely asleep at the time. Don't judge me!) She's no Bob Newhart (or Dobbs, but Newhart is a more direct comparison). She's not even in the same league as Newhart. Hell, she's not even playing the same game.
She was a fighter though ' I admired her tenacity with regards to her cancer.
