There was also a woman in a blue shirt and white shorts that was shot in the arm and possibly the stomach who was standing on the left section of bleachers (same one as fire chief) to the right side of the giant screen with the immigration chart (chief was to the left of the chart). She is mentioned in interview of the ER doctor who tried to help the chief, and she can be seen being carried out of the stands to get medical attention immediately after the chief and his family.
