So back in the day during air strikes someone had to be on the ground pointing a laser at the target for the planes/bomb to hit.
The fact his shoes were taken off means they must have had some kind of importance, right?
So im theorizing it was to track him-perhaps actual shooter/drone/whatever didn’t have a good view so that would help?
