I don’t condemn her spirit, that’s for God, but, forget her family, what about her victims and all the people she abused and stole from? Pretty sure there is a verse somewhere that speaks about how even heathens will take care of their families and close friends/business associates, while completely violating the will of God outside that circle to do so.
She seemed willfully and defiantly unrepentant till the end. How does the Bible tell us to think about and act in response to such people? I don’t know this answer, myself.
It’s much worse that she never tried to correct her life path than anything else. Quite sad, that. We also have to figure out how to keep criminals like her out of office, because once they’re in there, they don’t leave on their own…
With the events of the last week, though, speaking harshly of her seems like it should be off the table, though she certainly earned it.
You’re not wrong, and TBF, I give absolutely ZERO shits about her. If looking at it logically, if we were to balance the scales, this probably started leaning more in the “good” direction today.
My concern is for my fellow ‘Pedes. I don’t want us to become the disgusting ghouls the left are, celebrating the death of an adversary. Going on social media and mocking the bereaved, that sort of thing.
Just because THEY choose to abandon decency doesn’t mean we should.
