There is that pesky little issue of the Constitutional office of vice president and the left's penchant for ignoring that pesky little Constitutional clause requiring the president to be a natural born American citizen.
I do believe when a President is incapacitated the job falls to his VP, not some appointees that he selects.
But then the Dems don't believe the rules apply to them.
Do we have proof of life on Biden? When was the last time he was seen in public? These are actions usually taken when a president goes in for surgery.
