You may want to reread the book of Isaiah. Nowhere does it say women rulers are the punishment. In fact, it was largely by the hands of two women that Israel was delivered from the Canaanites who acted as the punishment that time around.
God made humans to rule demons. Adam was not deceived. Eve was.

God gave us dominion over the earth, and even then, can you control anything of the earth? No. Everything requires faith and prayer in asking God for your wants and needs. You can do nothing. Only He can.

Stance is no woman pastors but they can take up offerings, give prayer during the service, stand in on a temporary basis for Bible classes in the event of absence but not as a permanent or long term situation and only then using the material that was already being used by the regular teacher. Among other things, they can teach women-only classes, children, help and organize non-teaching aspects of events, and so on.

I assume you’re referring to Isiah 3:12 which reads ; “As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.” From what translation I have seen, this is referring to men acting as women…scared or weak. Isaiah mentioned this again later in his writing and actually mentions weakness like women, “in those days men will be like women”. Isaiah 19:16 “ KJV)
