I believe he was. There was that confirmation fist pump by the guy in black floppy hat I assume is vincent

If he’s not talking about Vincent, why then when the audience all pointed at him, and Trump saw him, did he say “Is that him? Yeah that’s him.” Why did the cameras all focus on him and he give a fist pump in return while more audience members around him continued to point at him?

Look at the first time trump spoke of the guy in the GREEN hat. Watch what he says he did. Watch Trump imitate him.

Then look at the rally from the assassination attempt. Who in that shot moves the way Trump spoke of. Not Vincent, but a guy wearing a GREEN hat.

No trump didn't lie. He brought up the green hat dude at a rally and a whole lot of people on this site and other sites started saying .... He called out Vincent, he called out JFK jr. ....

IF there was a lie, it was from us. I will just blame confusion and possible hopium ODing.
