Don Lemon sues Elon Musk and X over the cancellation of his show
It is not clear how much the lawsuit is seeking in damages, but the former host alleged that he suffered damages to his career, financial losses, psychological and emotional distress, and humiliation as a result of the deal, according to the filing.
Lmao, he needs it for his lip herpes meds.
What a fucking moron?!
This case is basically "Musk promised me a $1.5M job, but didn't follow through.*
There are a few ways this could have happened:
They had begun negotiations, but had not hammered out the details. Meanwhile Don asked Elon for an Interview which Elon agreed to. It was such a disaster that (according to reports) following the interview, Elon was so appalled by Don Lemon's unprofessionalism, that he immediately called his attorney and told him to cancel any agreement in progress with Lemon, as Elon was no longer willing to have any paid collaboration with Lemon.
Idiot
Yes, we found the lowest common denominator for this scenario... Don Lemon's room-tempertature IQ.😂
The first thing the judge will ask to see is the contract. No contract throw it out of court.
There are many, many short clips from the disastrous X-hosted interview between Lemon and Musk. The majority of Lemon's humiliation is solely because his actual personality and lack of talent was mortifyingly clear in that interview.
REMEMBER:
That interview happened during negotiations and before the final contract was drawn to allow Lemon to have a paid position and show on X. We had learned about Lemon's ridiculously greedy and demanding contract wherein he wanted a free $100k Tesla Cyber Truck, an all-expense paid holiday with his boyfriend, first class airfare, couples massages, etc., and voting rights and executive producer input on all X content (!), plus a signing bonus and big fat paycheck.
It was immediately following that disastrous interview that Elon instructed his attorney to cancel any contract negotiations due to Lemon's horribly unprofessional behavior and insulting and inappropriate questions he directed at Elon.
Those clips of the interview on YouTube shorts are Gold. In each, Lemon appears to be a clueless and stupid man who plays the race card, the gay card, the victim card, all while insulting and demeaning the genius billionaire inventor who would be his boss.

Equally revealing of Don Lemon's incompetence is shown in his interview with Candace Owens where she bests him at every turn. Satisfying!

His lawyer said he was a hard-hitting journalist. Maybe when he is hitting the ass of an unconscious little boy.
Sorry for the Tock but I think about this joke when his name comes up

I think I remember Elon telling Don that he had the same right and opportunity to create something on X as anyone else he was free to do as others have in the past...however he sought to be paid to do so upfront, and bit the hand that could have fed him in the process, no ticky, no washy. Suing someone who doesn't wish to do business with you was never the way forward.
Logic? No, no my fren. It's all about fee fees.
It's funny when these arrogant fucks realize they are clowns.
"the deal, which did not include a written contract or paperwork"
Without a written contract, he doesn't have anything. Good luck.
What would happen if tens of millions of people simultaneously filed independent psychological damages lawsuits against Don Lemon for the fake news broadcasts Don participated? Is that doable?
I've often thought about class action lawsuits against media pundits or their organizations and if it would work
Ha! Good luck with that!
