Any 'State' law enforcement should Read the Bill of Rights. They are NOT and never have been rights 'given' by the Gov., they are Restrictions On that Gov. of rights Not to be infringed. Not by Feds. or States or local law enforcement, NO ONE.
The “state” and its agents do not have any rights. They only have the powers granted to them by the Constitution. Unlike the actual rights held by the people, those powers can be revoked at any time.
On the bottom right sign it reads "Va**inations Equal Annihilation".
Why the hell is it censored? What crap.
Good on him for standing his ground, but that's 15 years gone. 15 years in which he couldn't be at peace, couldn't leave his property, had his children and grandchildren patrolling the property with rifles. It's disgusting that he had to live like that. And it's even more disgusting that if he hadn't, he'd have been arrested.
While it is a high price to pay for freedom it ended up being worth it for him and also being vindicated. Escaping a felony charge is worth its weight in gold though.
The sheriff knew what would happen if they went out there and decided it wasn't worth it. Good for him. Not every sheriff or police chief is that smart.
Yet, you just know, those same deputies, who are afraid to enter a ready-and-willing citizen's property, are just salivating at the chance to take him down, alone, on a quiet back road ...
More of that, please.

Every lawmaker and police officer who pass or enforce laws that violate our constitutional rights should be treated as TREASON
That's how Waco should have ended.

If everyone American lived like this every law enforcement officer would think twice before violating constitutional rights
Whoa! Hard times make strong men. Hats off to this hero.
Those of us without a large family and 47 acres to live off of would be sol. That said, dude is a bad ass
This is why we need to build strong communities with true American values.
This is where the trouble is ..... DA' s.

a true Hero. God bless this man and his family. i hope he has some peace the rest of his life.
Is this trusting the plan?
I believe the plan is to make a dissident out of every American citizen so we stop obeying corrupt politicians and cops.
Civil disobedience at an extreme level?
If you're not willing to use your second amendment rights the way our founding fathers intended, you'll end up losing all your rights.
Aus here. But i agree with the idea!
