Just one more reason to not eat processed foods.
Bread is technically a processed food, very few people think of it as such....
Nothing but meats, fruits, veggies, nuts and berries for me.
Almost all bread you buy from the store is almost certainly a highly processed food
Take a look at Wonder Bread ingredients if you don’t believe me:

If it doesn't mold within 3-6 days, it's not bread, it's "highly processed bread product".
Not in the US, but if I were I would still be fully carnivorous so.............
But yea, anything that isn't simply a piece of meat/fish/vegetable/fruit(even juice...)/nut is by definition processed...
(strictly speaking, even something like salted peanuts is processed....)
From the video and a quick Internet search.
The ingredient to look for is acheta powder or acheta protein
Wiki: Acheta
And here are some brands openly promoting Acheta foods.

Also, lots of protein powders are said to use this cricket ingredient. Check labels ASAP

I saw someone selling bug meat at a stand overseas once but he had no customers. I wonder how he could afford to keep that stand going. (What I'm saying is I wonder if the WEF sponsors these people to 'sell' that crap just so they can say it's out there
the background people..........(people will loose their minds when the switch is turned of...)
The only way id ever eat crickets...is processed through a chicken's stomach...
Good thing Trump's coming back soon, huh?
