I just received something from someone and I believe it was a X post that said they caught a guy as he just skinned a cat in a driveway I cannot post it the picture is gross.
Something doesn't add up for me. We've had Haitian immigrants since way back (see The Fugees) but somehow eating pets became a thing in the past month? What were they doing before that? Why now?
You are exactly right. The best thing the internet did for us was to allow us to get the truth out without the filter of the MSM in our way. This shit has been going on in S.FL for over 60 yrs now. But it's only been since the advent of social media that we've been able to get the truth out. One reason why news of this hasn't spread from S.FL initially, is because the S. Floridians living around Little Haiti and Opa Locka have all been desensitized from it because we've become accustomed to seeing it daily for decades. Another reason is that a lot of the Haitians and Haitian descendants living in S.FL have either quite this practice, or now keep the animals themselves, like a sort of cat rancher.
Possibly. But there’s also a difference in types of migration. There are individuals and families that are willing to jump through the hoops to legally come to America because they appreciate its culture and opportunities. This process requires a plan to integrate as well. These people have a much different mindset than a group of 20,000 that are shipped to some random town with a promise that the government will take care of them.
I think it's a relatively small percentage of the Haitian population, which in the past was a very small percent of the overall population.
But when a quarter of the local populace is suddenly Haitian, then that small percentage of cat eaters starts becoming noticeable numbers. And when surrounded by their own, they're more emboldened to do so publicly.
That seems to be how it works, true. A bigger group from the same country, same cultural background and same customs, and living mostly in contact with each other and not mingling all that much with the locals, and they just keep living the way they did in their home country, not always even realizing when they are doing something that clashes badly with the local customs. And sometimes, with some, not caring because they feel a bit too comfortable when there are so many of them that they don't feel like they'd better try to fit in.
It happened in the dark and now it has the full light of day shining on it. Dark > Light. Twenty Haitians eating cats in a city with 55k+ isnt noticeable. But 15K Haitians eating cats is. Doesnt anyone think things through anymore?
I feel this might be attributed to the large numbers of them concentrated in these places. They feel they can get away with it because people are more reluctant to confront a large community, especially one that acts so defensively and violently.
I would say a piece of paper doesn't change who you truly are.
Maybe everyone is losing their cat over there. I might be wrong but so many terrible things going on in the world, I always ask why is this thing getting primary focus.
And the rules for legal immigration into your country are mostly pretty hard. There are favored groups in that too, people for who it is a lot easier, but at least when the immigrant is not in one of those and are willing to go through all the trouble of applying legally they are pretty much proving that they respect your laws and probably want to become Americans, not outsiders just living there. And for those applying as "normal" legal immigrants, well, the potential freeloaders don't get in.
Not American, and I have looked into that through the years because I would have wanted to move somewhere more southern than my own country is as I have problems with the lack of natural light during the winters. And, damn it, I like your constitution a lot more than I like our own. Especially the 2. amendment... unfortunately I was never good enough to bother trying to apply. White European and university dropout, so too privileged but too much of a loser, no need for white menial workers there anymore.

Why do illegal migrants have driveways in Ohio and how? I think this is a better issue to look into
They are given stuff for free.
Like free houses?

I think it may be more of a situation where we are finding out now what has been going on for a long time.
It seems things are getting worse, but it’s just that veil is being lifted off our eyes.

Cat herders ?
Or it could be the government is doing something extra evil and horrible so they need to distract attention.

Just my opinion...

Sorry, but that sounds too much like the old "B-b-but they're not all like that!" excuse.
I want them all gone. If that's Racist, Bigoted and Unfair, well, so be it.

Because they migrated legally.

A piece of paper most certainly does.
They know what what it took to get here and they are vowing to assimilate.
