BREAKING: A federal judge in South Carolina just issued a precedent-setting ruling that voter rolls are public record under federal law and are subject to inspection by election integrity activists
"Accordingly, the Court declares that the South Carolina Statewide Voter Registration List is a record subject to inspection pursuant to the NVRA, and that the NVRA preempts any South Carolina law limiting access to the Statewide Voter Registration List to South Carolina registered voters." - Judge Joseph Anderson Jr.
@PILFoundation
filed the lawsuit after the South Carolina Election Commission refused to turn over the state's voter rolls for inspection. After hearing oral arguments Monday morning, the judge immediately made his ruling
From here on out, no state or local jurisdiction can create laws or rules limiting access to voter rolls. It will be YUGE when validating the authenticity of the 2024 election.
This is what has never made sense. You look at other federal cases, and if they submit an order, then every state pauses it. It's like these states don't get that the 10th protects them.

So, does this automatically apply to every state or just South Carolina?
Oh wow. Every state should be doing that but you know they won't. This is a great move.
You would honestly think that being a federal judge... then this would be nationwide.
State supersede federal, that's why during Covid, all the states did different things.

LOL. Of course it doesn't make sense.
Does it ever? lol.
Amen
District Judge.
ALL govt paperwork is a matter of public record.
Because it's a federal judge and a federal election will this be for all states or just South Carolina
District Judge.
Wow I hope we get the same results in AZ since theyβre suing over the same thing
