I will again point out the key event to J6. It was when Sen. Hawley objected to Georgia’s electors that the crowds were LET INTO the capitol and the counting stopped. When they came back into session, Sen. Hawley’s objection was not addressed and The Big Steal was rubber stamped by the uniparty. Of the 535 members of Congress that day, there were less than 10 honorable people that tried to obey the Constitution.
there were less than 10 honorable people that tried to obey the Constitution.
One of them was in the seat next to me on the flight back home, on J7, so we had the opportunity to chat. His concerns aligned with mine, and he told me his frustration about how he couldn’t allow his children to watch TV unsupervised, due to all the inappropriate content.
What did you expect? They're mouthpieces for MSM, not legal scholars.... unconstitutional? Show us where specifically in the Constitution it says it is???
While I agree that Vance had a wonderful debate, going forward no MAGA candidate should debate with MSM moderators. They are all biased and get the most eyeballs and ad revenue when Trump, Vance, or other MAGA down ticket candidates are present.
Instead, they should only do discussion debates like the old TV shows Point Counter-Point and Firing Line. The only moderator input should be introducing the candidates and giving them a general topic to discuss in a back and forth manner. No leading questions, no one sided fact-checking, etc. They should be broadcast over C-Span or open sourced that anyone could watch or re-broadcast for free.
Let’s let fake news wither and die and not give the media wing of the DNC an exclusive way to profit off MAGA candidates.
I remember a great debate between Reagan and RFK in the mid 60s. I forget who broadcast it, but there was no moderator and it gave both men the visibility to eventually launch their own campaigns.
Keep this one fresh in your mind. We'll see what CBS has to say when Trump wins and the Dems are screaming about election meddling. When the shoe is on the other foot, they'll pull a 180 like they always do.
The link I provided is to "USC Title 3 Section 15. Section 15 of Title 3 of the United States Code, also known as the Electoral Count Act (ECA), outlines the procedures for counting electoral votes following a presidential election." It was changed last year so that the president of the senate is now just a figure head, but wasn't in effect for the 2020 steal.
They cannot alter the constitution without amendment. It clearly states in the 12th amendment "the president of the senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted:"
it doesn't say that the vice president should refuse certificates and voters like what happened in 2020.
The vice president is the president of the senate. The link I provided is to "USC Title 3 Section 15. Section 15 of Title 3 of the United States Code, also known as the Electoral Count Act (ECA), outlines the procedures for counting electoral votes following a presidential election." The president of the senate was supposed to open each certificate and ask for objections from the Senate and house, and if there were any objections, they were supposed to discuss and vote before moving on to the next certificate. But it was changed last year so that the president of the senate is now just a figure head, but wasn't in effect for the 2020 steal.
I understand. I get what you're saying. However, don't you think that is counter to the separation of powers? The Vice President/President-of-the-Senate is the one who counts the votes. So it doesn't make sense for Congress to try to pass some shit to tell the vice president what he/she can or cannot do. Vice President should count how they want to count. Pence is a fruit loop, and fucked up for sure.
I completely agree with you. It's definitely counter to the separation of powers. Just like Congress voting themselves a raise all the time. I'm just pointing out that they changed their "law" to make sure it can't happen in the future. Will be interesting to see if a similar thing happens this next election with Kamelhoe being in charge of counting. Bwahahaha!
And Walz is blatantly lying about J6.
Panic lies.... he even referred to real justice for those involved in J6....
Vance left walz lies in the table. All to be debunked in the aftermath of the asswhooping he took.
Why don’t they ever bring up when a congressman and a senator object, they are supposed to stop counting, the law that was broken on J6 was by them

These moderators are so horrible. They both look like they'd get an abortion without a second thought if any man would actually impregnate them.
Unfortunately, there are many alcohol related accidents. kek
60% of the Americans already believe that 2020 was stolen.
Why are they even talking?
What did you expect? They're mouthpieces for MSM, not legal scholars.... unconstitutional? Show us where specifically in the Constitution it says it is???

Yes it will resurface ur right😂
I thought Piglosi made it illegal after the steal? It has definitely been updated since to explicitly state that it's not allowed...

Whether she did or not is irrelevant. It’s imbedded in the Constitution and it takes more than a law to change it.

It’s still not Constitutional.
Taxes aren't either

they need to fact check the moderators.......
