Frens, I want to try this. Got the 1000 mg vitamin C tablets today but haven't found the lysine locally. Could a fren help a fren with a source? Prefer to buy locally but will have it shipped in if necessary.
I'm interested in trying the protocol and appreciate all the information you've provided, but I would definitely look at other sources for my supplements.
Yes I understand u/queef (great name lol) and encourage you guys to find a source you're comfortable with. One reason I never recommended a brand is bc basically everything can be linked to something that's not 100% 'trustworthy'... like the Diet Coke I (and Trump) drink occasionally, the boars head cheese I buy, Benadryl or aspirin, milk, beef, eggs, toms fluoride free toothpaste, store brand springwater (Zephyrhills uses fluoride) etc. etc. We never really know what company owner/management has been compromised.
Use your judgment. Trust your gut.
Instead I put on the full armor of God. I have faith in God and the strong immune system He gave me because He absolutely does protect me and my loved ones, and if I hear something specific, about a specific item, I make a judgment call.
Everyone must decide for themselves.

Lysine from Amazon:
Solgar L-Lysine 500 mg, 250... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00014EDJO?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Vitamin C from Amazon:
Solgar Vitamin C 500 mg, 250... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0011FUSGY?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
These are the kind I use. If you use something different, try to get capsules instead of tablets as they are more absorbable.
Thank you. Looks like this is the way.
Yeah I realized I made a mistake, gonna see if I can return to get the crushed version
You could do what I've done and, when taking the pill, slightly crush it into a few pieces with your molars once before you swallow.
Placekeeper order
Just food for thought (pun intended?)...Solgar is currently owned by Nestlé, not necessarily an organization committed to our long term health.

Good response and thank you again for your advocacy of this protocol.
Thank you. I will look at their site.
Kroger and Safeway have it On the shelf here in Calirado…surprisingly.
Kroger and Safeway are not in our part of the country. Thank you for the help.
Unfortunate. But do try the larger grocery stores…always a chance I’d you can.
