I don't have any current heart issues, but after reading how it helped other pedes in various ways, and how the men in my family have history of heart attack, I figured, why not give it a go for a few weeks. i already gave ivermectin a shot and avoided the 💉 all these years... so here's to trusting you pedes, again!
My evidence for its efficacy is anecdotal, but certainly encouraging.
I'm 54 and finished a 25-day cycle of the protocol about a month ago. I had a doctor's appointment a few days later and my BP was 115/79. My BP for years ran between 130-140 over 80-90. At one point I was on hypertension meds.
In the gym (Crossfitter) I noticed an improvement in my cardio capacity after the first week to 10 days. I could work out harder for longer and recover faster than prior to the protocol.
I started wearing an apple watch about halfway through the protocol to track my workouts and consistently have sustained heart rates in the 160s-180s with no SOB, chest pain, or light headedness. So again, all anecdotal, but I'm definitely pleased with the results.
That's my thing. I'm a very overall healthy and active male, but after seeing my testosterone levels in the 300s even after being in the sun all the time, eating red meat, lifting heavy, doing BJJ, and overall living healthy, I figure it's worth exploring other options, especially in the day and age of microchemicals and plastics all in our bodies.
I'm excited to see what RFK does to our food industry, but until then, some vitamins might help 😊
I have been taking a few months now. Also shared the info with a cardiac nurse. Recently they had an 80 y.o. patient present with chest pain. Prepped them for a cath and found out the guy had no blockages. The nurse told me he reported taking this protocol for 25 years. It was even a lower than avg dose. They found no issues with the patient and discharged.
u/NOT_ADMIN has some amazing research that may be of use to you.
Bio-availability is a thing. I have a couple zinc & Quinine brands that I found work better for me than the rest. The research this user has should narrow down any lack of healing due to your supplements not being absorbed properly.
I am so grateful they responded to one of my posts.
I am glad you got the liposomal form. Do you know its scale?
The most bioavailable form of lysine is L-lysine hydrochloride (L-lysine HCl). This is the salt form of lysine, The absolute bioavailability of L-lysine hydrochloride (L-lysine HCl) likely around 50-60%
Liposomal forms of nutrients, including lysine, are designed to improve bioavailability by encapsulating the active compound (in this case, lysine) within lipid bilayers. This liposomal delivery system protects lysine from degradation in the gastrointestinal tract and enhances its absorption through the gut lining.
Size Matters the size of the liposomes plays a crucial role in determining their absorption efficiency. Research indicates that liposomes right around 100 nanometers (nm) tend to have the best absorption profiles.
Great. Even if you aren't sure of the si,e of the liposome it should still be better than nothing. Could you point me to the brand? Some brands add oil and call it liposomal even though it's not truly a liposomal formulation.
Note: I was able to return these for liposomal versions! Thanks everyone for the suggestions!
Here's the protocol

Use real soap. Chemicals in body washes and shower gels metabolize into estrogen. Try a supplement like tongkat ali.

Did they plan to do stents without having a scan first?
he had an angiogram and his coronary arteries were clean. No signs of any blockage.

I took that L Lysine you see up top this morning, just chewed it into dust and drank it down. Same brand that John Titpr recommended and used.
Good luck and keep us posted friend!
