He's been in Hospice for a year or so. When asked if he was fighting to see 100, he said he just wanted to be able to vote for Kamala in November. Jokes on him, he's voting for Kamala either way.

I hope Carter is aware enough to know that he is no longer the worst Pres in history and has been lowered to 3 or 4, by the liberal/communism of obama,biden, and harris.
