I don't understand why suddenly, FEMA is the highest authority. Does that happen when an emergency is declared? There has to be some kind of backup plan if (when) the decision maker is choosing to put a stop to actual relief efforts.
Could it be more horribly clear that they want US citizens to die, to be replaced with easy to control, desperate people from a hell hole of a homeland that they destroyed in the first place? This has to stop with us.

Actually, the Feds and FEMA dont hold jurisdiction at all. Disasters are a State matter. FEMAs role is to provide support for the State disaster relief. The only way FEMA has jurisdiction is if the State reliquishes jurisdiction to them. So maybe this is an issue that needs to be taken up with the Governor. And why has the Governor not released the 1000 NG that are on stand-by here?
FEMA can take over during emergencies that require federal martial law. I'm not an expert but if I remember correctly, the states can cede power to the fed during times of crisis and, if Obama had his way, the fed can cede control to the UN and suspended the constitution.
You can look up operation Jade Helm which was the operation they were planning to do after Hillary started WW3. They were going to put the "non-compliant" in FEMA re-education camps.
People keep saying the government is "incompetent." The people need to understand that the government is not incompetent at all; they know exactly what they're doing. If you replace the word government with the word corporation, it all starts to make sense.
