I agree with dual citizenship for the average person BUT if a person wants to be in US government (as a politician or an employee) then no matter the country, they must renounce that citizenship. Period.

I, too, struggle with the "Rah! Rah! Israel!" especially in Church. Just like I listen to Amir Tsarfati and wince every time he mentions how Netanyahu is "protecting" his people. I think the awakening is going to be a very hard landing for a lot of Christians and Jews.

God's chosen people are all those who accepted Christ, both Jew and Gentile. The new classification is simply believer or unbeliever. It couldnt be clearer in God's Word. God still wants all men saved...he does not desire any should perish. Christ commandment is to love your enemies. Love is not an emotion its a disciplined choice by the renewed mind. Our feeling don't factor.

I think a lot of the "God's chosen people" stuff is Zionist influenced theology that ignores the Bible.

Notice what God says in Exodus 19:5 - "Now **if ** you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, you will be My treasured possession out of all the nations— for the whole earth is Mine."

They did not do the "if".

But Jesus did the "if" for us, so the promises are yes for everyone who believe in him. "For as many as the promises of God are, in Him they are yes; therefore through Him also is our Amen to the glory of God through us." 2 Cor 1:20

Galations 3:

This baloney about Christians being forced to "bless the Jews to be blessed by God" is not applicable post cross. It is literally an expired and obsolete concept.

Then, when you realize that after the siege and fall of Jerusalem, the old covenant is also expired. There is only the new covenant, the one literally made with Christ's blood and his broken body.

Christians trying to put themselves under the old covenant and being obsessed with Israel are very very wrong. They are falling for this old Zionist trick.
