I watched Trump's Aurora speech but my eyes glazed over during this particular part and didn't hear him mention the 1798 Law. But when I delved into the law I was licking my chops. This is how he's gonna get the trash out of our country! I just cannot wait for the MSM to wail and moan about how mean Trump is going to be to the migrants by enacting this law. They will go apoplectic.

I believe that Act applies to countries that we are “at war with “ or are “enemies “ of the United States. It would be easier to simply cut off all aid. Make it illegal to provide aid to people here illegally. Also come down hard on employers who employ illegal workers. And cut off all foreign aid to countries involved until all of their nationals are repatriated.
Seems like all of the military aged men from China and Venezuela who have actually been in their country’s military would actually fit this definition given their recent behaviors.
