I think it's a safe bet that he'll go the retribution route. I won't say revenge, even though he's used that word in the past. Since taking a bullet last summer, I detect a compassion in him that maybe wasn't as acute before then as it is now.
I'm certain, though...he won't be shy about seeking both damages and accountability.
What would they do if it's overturned? PAY TRUMP the cost of his legal defense. He should sue for exactly that.
