I'm baffled at how long it takes to hold USA elections. We had one recently and it was all done,counted, finished and settled in 24 hours. All-paper ballots.
OK so the US population is 345 million in comparison to UK population 70 million. And of course your land area is huge in comparison. But really your elections take weeks?
It takes TIME to fill out all those fake ballots, transport them to whichever county needs numbers to beat Trump. Then ya gotta feed em in slowly so they aren't all bunched together and obvious - well, not too sure they care if it's obvious - so, yeah, days. SMH
I’ve seen a lot of Dems on Reddit and X celebrating the record breaking long lines for early voting in swing states, but I don’t think they realize that Trump supporters are the ones turning out to vote early this year
Just returned from early voting in NC-10. The line was out the door 75 people deep. There was no sign of any Dem electioneering, as they don't really stand a chance in NC-10. And my ballot was all English. Our only referendum was to make it so that only qualified American citizens over 18 can vote.
I live in Western NC( Surry County) about 100 miles east of the hurricane. I went this morning to my early voting site and it was PACKED!!! It's an old Lowes home center with a large parking lot and it was FULL!! I didn't ask anyone who they were voting for but there was a sea of red Trump hats. I asked the poll worker about the turnout and she said she's never seen anything like it in 20 years!! I think Trump got his message out loud and clear!!
I worked the polls in my Eastern NC county yesterday and had a displaced Western NC voter show up on the first day to vote also. We were able to get her a provisional ballot so she could vote, too.
those good people in NC will crawl through the mud to oust this shitshow of a government we have ..God bless them all
