A friend in Florida has the same insurance company for 30 years and never made a claim. They cancelled his insurance this year. No reason given.
A friend in San Francisco lost coverage b/c the houses were "too close together". ALL the houses built in San Francisco during WW II are close together!
Well clutch my pearls...lemme just scooooch my house over.
Around here they are sending out cancellation letters for having moss on your roof, or having trees too close to your house. Had a friend with 5 beautiful trees on his property, and had to cut them all down (cost $10k) just to keep his homeowners insurance. Total bullshit!
Literally cheaper just save a new down-payment and invest it than carry insurance anyway.
With housing costs out of control...think how much they lose on one hurricane or one forest fire
The unvaxxed should get a break. kek
They don't want to pay for the coming health crisis that their masters created.
