How is there anything blue in AK? I've been to the tourist spots but I suppose Anchorage has it's pockets. Alaska is like the cold Australia. Pretty much everything is trying to kill you outside of the city. You basically have to be a prepper and armed at all times for 99.2.% of the Alaskan geography.
Ranked choice. Never called for several days, allowing for stealthy cheating. Adding votes to one of the minor candidates and making the democrat the second choice. Needs to be outlawed.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure they overturned rank choice voting in this election, so that won't be a problem going forward, but yes, that is a system designed for democrats to steal the election.
Yes, it was voted down this time. Thank goodness.
Alaska isn't blue. Turns out Murcowski was pulling the strings to get Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) passed, so she wouldn't lose the '20 primary, much less the election itself. At the time, what people didn't realize is the collateral damage from RCV, is open season for cheating.
RCV was repealed this month. We're still stuck with Mursekeletor until '26. I have $20 that says she'll retire, rather than risk losing a real primary this time.

I had the same reaction to this. Alaska is not a state for pussies. Only thing I can think of is the ranked choice voting.
Agreed! That wild frontier would, in general, not seem to be a place for softies! The corruption is deeper than thought would explain how people living rugged lifes would vote for pink ponies!
People who use fake names & want to be left alone
Ghosts in the (election) machine?
Alabama 2 enters the chat....
Because of the stupid Ranked Choice Voting, the second round of votes won't be counted until Wednesday. So he's likely to win, but it's not final yet.
