The breakdown of the family structure was pivotal for them to poison the next generations minds! Make parents so busy that they have no idea of what their kids are being thought!
I am close to some conservative Mennonite families. They live pretty much like the rest of us, with electricity and modern conveniences, except: They happily maintain traditional family roles. Women stay at home and take care of the children. They are submissive to their husbands. They don't have TV or smartphones. Their families are healthy and large. Their lives are centered around their faith in Christ. They have none of the dysfunctional behaviors that we see in the rest of the world. Their kids are friendly, well behaved, and respectful. What's not to like about that??
My friends were mennonites as well. They could not have tv, BUT, they were allowed computers and cellphones. They sent their children to daycare. She worked as a nurse and he a welder. They paid daycare to raise their children. They were super offended when I mentioned that paying someone for daycare was like paying strangers to raise their children. This was a general thought not directed at them, just small talk. It was like I stepped on a landmine. They went off, and that was that. We have not talked for years. Mennonites are very weird, Told them a movie had religion in it (Bruce Allmighty) they said it would be fine. IT WAS NOT FINE, they were offended. I couldn't keep their religion straight. They believe this that and the other thing. But not this that or that, or that. It was like walking on eggshells.
Husband and I did the math years ago, then we made sure my life insurance coverage was significantly more than his (he's the breadwinner). At that time, there were six at home and we homeschool, so he would either have to hire a private tutor or put them in private school. I cooked all the meals, cut everyone's hair, and made everything happen that happened. Had I been a working mom, we would have been perpetually broke as well as a disconnected family.
I commented on this with friends while at dinner. They no longer talk to us and we're super mad. I had made the observation about having strangers raising your children. They chose to be offended and take my observation personally. That's on them. We chose to raise our children ourselves. At the time I was observing that it makes no sense to payfor daycare and have your wages go to paying for daycare? Common sense, but no I was a mean person pointing out how ridiculous this was.
When the Federal Government mandated that the Bible be taken out of the schools and that school prayer was not appropriate in 1963, it seems the morality and the divorce rate went through the roof!
Two ways they achieved this result -- the rise of militant feminism and shipping high paying jobs offshore.
Normalizing divorce just added to the breakdown. Theyve used divorce to destroy men. Men have no rights in divorce courts. Im watching a nasty bitch try to steal my brothers pension and half the house he owned before they met after only 5 years of marriage and no kids. And even if he salvages something and keeps her from some of this theft it will cost him multiple 10s of thousands.

I remember an article from 70's about women (with children) getting a job ---- the conclusion was that it was a break-even, net-zero gain.

You can probably be richer, with both working, if you have no kids ------- but to what avail? Your "fortune" will reach a dead end when you die.

Its a vicious system designed to enslave everyone from experiencing family love. At least hope everyone finds it during the Thanksgiving holiday.

You know that's true. The other absurdity is paying taxes To send your kids to public indoctrination daycare.
and not being able to choose the teacher
Womans "liberation" of the 1970's. was not about liberating woman but used as a secondary source of income tax. The boomers were sold a bag of $hit.
