Like any former controlling army, expect the Deep State to devolve into a guerilla/terrorist action that may last for years, constantly attacking in various cities and destroying communications, utilities, bridges or equipment. Eventually though, they will be found, exposed and utterly destroyed.
We need to be smart and alert during these, their final days. In 2025, they will be strongest, still having money and resources, followers and anonymity. As the year progresses, more will be exposed and their funding will be confiscated. No money = no follower. By 2026, the Deep State will be desperate as they understand their days are over. Watch the scramble to find safe havens offshore while continuing to cause problems in America.
By 2027, the Deep State will have abandoned the guerilla/terrorist war in the U.S.. It's costly and only keeps exposing the former Deep State leaders to arrest and extradition to U.S. prisons. Their cause is lost, and fight is over.

Unless he is describing the events of Revelation and the end when Christ establishes His 1000 year kingdom.
