The BRICS Nations need to abandon the dollar because we have been printing too many. They aren't going to destroy the value of the dollar it has already happened.
It already has the infrastructure for world domination, all it needs is to be backed by more than paper. Tie a certain commodity, or bag of commodities, add block chain for accountability, and the dollar will be great again.

As longbas thebu.s. dollar comes from the u.s. treasury and is asset backed by at the minimum...gold and silver. Bona fide money must back currency. Could care less actually if we use u.s. currency to trade.

I'm curious to see this subplot play out. BRICS introduced to normalize an actual asset backed currency, to us and/or the world?
Do we need the global reserve currency? If the Fed is destroyed, so are all it's shenanigans, thus negating the need for a GRC?
