my understanding is that pardons can only serve to relieve someone of something they've been found guilty of or at least charged with and itdoesn't protect against states charges and convictions. I believe this long range blanket pardon of Hunter is a test to see if it'll hold up in the courts and public opinion before mass pardons are implemented in an attempt to save the deep state. me thinks it won't hold water though!
