She will lie under oath, because she believes she is above the law. After all, her father was a Black Panther leader, so what does that tell you?

I get that she's a terrible person. But how does this not go against her 5th amendment rights?

I understand that she can be subpoenaed and brought into the legislature to answer questions. But she can just sit there and "plead the fifth" or "I don't remember." Or at least that's what a smart person would do.
